The COVID-19 Coronavirus situation is making it’s rounds in Australia again. As a proudly South Australian company, we are proud of how the SA public has managed Covid 19 in the past, and we believe that we’ll continue to manage Covid responsibly and effectively into the future.
At Sharpe Group (Sharpe Services and Sharpe Energy Hub), the health and well-being of our clients, our staff, suppliers and the general SA community is of top priority to us.
We’re following official Australian Government COVID-19 Guidelines and the updated advice from Chief Public Health Officer Associate Professor Nicola Spurrier and Premier Steven Marshall. We continue to operate in a safe and efficient manner.
As an important provider of plumbing, gas, electrical, air-conditioning, and solar services in Adelaide, we recognise that we play an important role in keeping households functioning correctly while keeping your safety at top of mind.
We have these key procedures in place to ensure our clients and our workers are operating in a clean, hygienic space:
- All our technicians and office staff have been trained in how to protect themselves, our suppliers, and our clients (i.e. no handshaking, social distancing techniques, proper coughing techniques).
- Both our mobile workforce and our office staff have been provided with hand and surface sanitizer.
- Our workforce is fully aware of the current situation, which may change on an hourly basis.
All staff are requested to answer relevant Covid-19 screening questions each morning and are requested to notify us of any changes as and when they may occur.
Safety-assured booking procedures
To ensure best practice in these challenging times, our clients will be asked a series of COVID-19-related questions at the time of booking. This will give both our clients and our workers reassurance and peace of mind.
Office staff will call to confirm attendance closer to the appointment time (unless the booking was done on the same day).
Then our technicians will call 30 minutes before attending to confirm exact arrival.
Sharpe Energy Hub
For Clients wanting to visit our Sharpe Energy Hub Showroom, our entire office has increased and maintained sanitation measures and frequent disinfection to ensure our clients are visiting a clean, hygienic space.
