The SA Home Battery Subsidy is in it’s Stepdown, which means that it periodically reduces the Battery Subsidy amount,  the first subsidy of $6000 was stepped down to $4000. On Thursday it was announced that only 500 places remained at the $4000 subsidy.  Sounds like a lot? We’ll it’s mostly gone. This means that homeowners have very little time left to take advantage of SA’s nation-leading Home Battery Scheme subsidy.

Earlier this year the first subsidy reduction created a rush of applications for battery storage and is happening again. “We will do our best to get you conditionally accepted for the current subsidy but it’s important that Adelaide homeowners who are interested in a Home Battery act now” a Sharpe Energy Hub spokesperson says.
