Dear Mr. Sharpe

As an 84 year old, long time customer (30 years), I wish to complement your electrician Andrew Harris, who came on Thursday and Friday 28th + 29th (November 2013).

Returning to finish the job on Friday PM, as it was too late to finish the work to complete and leave safe.

Nothing was a trouble to him, very pleasant, and very efficient, explaining everything.

The previous owner (pre 1975) [of our house] has done a DIY job on the light switch, a real mess, kept tripping – Andrew found was not earthed, had a very difficult task to sort out all wires, of which all was completed.

You have on your staff a very conscientious electrician, of which was a pleasure to meet.

He deserved the coffee and cake my wife gave him, he declined at first, said he must go.
