I had the pleasure of having Daniel Caudo (Tech 74) at my home to fit a hot water service on 17/7/14.

I found Daniel to be polite, courteous, patient, and knowledgable for his job. Nothing was too much trouble for Daniel to do.

At 4:45pm Daniel realised the hot water service he had just fitted was faulty. He promptly went to Reece at Salisbury Plain to get a replacement unit and fitted it for me. Not wanting me to go without hot water.

Please let Daniel know that he was appreciated very much.
