Testimonial received July 2014

Dear Sir/Madam,

Further to my letter of 2/7/14 I provide the following more joyful information.

On 8/7/14 I received a very apologetic call from Sharpe promising to install our new heater within the next couple of days.

9/7/14 I received a call from Sharpe informing me that the heater would be replaced tomorrow.

10/7/14 Two very friendly and efficient men arrived at 9:30 am and did a very careful and professional job of installing and testing the new heater. I was impressed.

11/7/14 I rang Sharpe for some electrical work to be done – 3 security lights and 2 sockets. Benjamin arrived at 10:30 and worked carefully and skillfully for the whole afternoon, and despite unexpected problems, completed the jobs to my complete satisfaction.

The former problem seems to have been a matter of communication rather than skill or dedication.

I have been very impressed with the professionalism of all the men who have worked here.

My confidence has been restored, and I shall certainly deal with Sharpe again when the relevant need arises.
