Peter had a problem. His older solar system was malfunctioning.
“An inspection by a Sharpe technician showed that the system was degrading and even had the potential to short out,” the Unley resident says.
“We had two solar arrays and also found out one was now covered in shade and not working properly.”

“So far I’ve worked out that we are on average 62 per cent self-reliant on power thanks to the new solar array and the battery,” he says.
“It’s fun to monitor the power output each day and see where it is being used.”
